Looking for a high-energy day to experience UNC at its best? Destination UNC is our largest and most spirited admitted student visit created just for future Bears like you! Bring your questions, your curiosity, and your hype because this day is all about exploring academics, connecting with your future community, and seeing exactly what life is like as a UNC Bear.

Here’s what's in store:

• 👋 Kickoff Welcome to meet the UNC community and get excited for the day
• 🎓 90-Minute Academic Experiences so you can dive deeper into your academic path
• 🏠 Explore on-campus living options with our Residence Hall Tours
• 🗨️ Breakout Sessions in a conference-style format so you can choose what is most important to you!
• 🍽️ Lunch (on us!) in one of our campus dining halls. 
• 📚 Campus Resource & Involvement Fair for a chance to connect with the people who will support your success.
• 🥳 An Admitted Celebration with swag, photos, food, new friends, and more!

Be-A-Bear Fridays 🐻

Prefer something smaller and more relaxed? Be-A-Bear Fridays offers a more personal, laid-back way to explore life as a UNC Bear and learn about your next steps. 

Here’s the lineup:

• 🎯 Admitted Student Next Steps info session with an admissions counselor
• 🐾 Customized student-led campus tour (including at least one residence hall)
• 🍽️ Lunch on us + time to chat with faculty, current students, and admission counselors
• 🎓 Sit in on a mock class with a UNC professor
• 🎁  Plus, every student leaves with a special UNC gift!
