2022 Group Tour Request Form

In preparation for summer months and planning for fall visit season, our group visit request form is under construction. If you would like to inquire about a summer visit for a school or organization group, please click to email us at visits@unco.edu.

Please note: We are unable to accommodate most Friday visit requests as UNC observes half-day Fridays in the summer months. Additionally, we recommend avoiding New Student Orientation Dates as staffing will be limited. 

To help expedite your request, please provide the following information in your email: 

• Group/School Name
• Available Visit Date(s) 
• # of Staff 
• # of Students (Approx.)
• Primary Contact Name
• Primary Contact Phone/Email
• Preferred Arrival Time
• Departure Time
• Include additional information about needs or preferences
