The Nursing Academic Program Visit will allow guests the opportunity to learn more about the different degree pathways available in the School of Nursing.

The UNC School of Nursing subscribes to a philosophy of nursing that views the patient holistically. Congruent with the belief in the dignity and worth of people is the belief that the individual has a right to be an active participant in the decisions concerning his or her well-being. The School of Nursing, approved by the Colorado State Board of Nursing, strives for excellence as reflected in highly qualified faculty, rigorous academic standards for students and a commitment to quality professional practice outcomes within all healthcare settings.

During the campus visit students will hear from UNC faculty and staff members from the School of Nursing, tour program facilities, hear from an Admission Counselor, and enjoy a campus tour provided by an Admission Ambassador.

Thank you for your interest in attending the Nursing Academic Program Visit. This event has been cancelled to help mitigate and slow the spread of COVID-19.

The health and safety of our community is our primary concern in this fluid situation, and we are making decisions as warranted following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), state government, and state and county health departments. These decisions are being made to help mitigate and slow the spread of COVID-19 and to help protect the UNC community.
