Job Summary

The Student Ambassador Program is a leadership opportunity for students who are dedicated to serving and representing the University of Northern Colorado. Student Ambassadors provide campus tours, staff the Office of Admissions Welcome Desk, serve as a UNC representative, and perform duties in relation to recruitment efforts. As a Student Ambassador, you will be expected to assist the Office of Admissions with responsibilities that include but are not limited to:

Tour Operations

Providing Campus Tours for Prospective Students, Guests, and Internal and External Campus Partners

Welcome Desk Operations

Checking-In Guests using Slate (our Customer Relationship Management Software)
Providing a positive customer service experience
Connecting guests with the appropriate person and or resource to get their questions answered

Admissions Events

Supporting the set-up, execution, and breakdown of all Admissions Flagship Events
Supporting the guest experience by providing exemplary customer service
